Conditions of payment and cancellation:

Payment for your course is payable in full 30 days before the date on which the course begins. If you register less than 30 days before the date of the course, payment for your course is payable immediately and you will be asked to show proof of payment on receipt of your invoice. In the event of cancellation on your part notified more than 30 days before the start of the course, an amount equivalent to 10% of the invoice will be claimed from you as contract costs for cancellation.
These costs will increase to an amount equivalent to
- 30% in the event of cancellation between 30 and 16 days before the start of the course
- 50% in the event of cancellation between 15 and 8 days before the start of the course
- 75% in the event of cancellation between 7 days and 3 days before the start of the course
- 100 % for less than 3 days before the start.
Payment for the course already paid will be reimbursed after allowing for cancellation costs. Bank charges for reimbursement is paid in full by the client.
In the event of departure or absence during the stay, any course started shall be payable in full. Absence during the stay cannot be compensated for through additional services to an equivalent value. Your enrolment in a DialoguE course indicates your complete acceptance to the said conditions.
